AECOM is looking for a dedicated Junior Groundwater Modeller to enhance their team in Calgary or Burnaby. This role will allow you to engage in various projects, collaborating with hydro geologists and geochemists. You'll gain hands-on experience in developing 3D models and contributing to environmental impact assessments across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively on diverse hydrogeological projects
• Develop and refine 3D hydrogeological models using industry tools
• Calibrate numerical groundwater models under senior guidance
• Assist in project management and documentation tasks
• Support field investigations including drilling and sampling
Requirements:
•
B.Sc. in Hydrogeology or related field and 2 years' experience
• Practical experience in hydrogeological analysis
• Eligibility for EIT or GIT professional registration
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to travel and adapt to schedules
