This position requires a minimum of 10 years in environmental consulting and a Professional Biologist designation. You will oversee project delivery, offer technical leadership on wildlife programs, conduct preconstruction assessments, and provide expert mentorship. Your core focus will be on baseline programs for various species, ensuring adherence to environmental guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver project oversight in a Technical Advisor role
• Lead wildlife baseline programs and preconstruction assessments
• Review and sign-off on regulatory deliverables
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff
• Manage projects, proposals, and budgets effectively
Requirements:
• 10+ years in environmental consulting
• Professional Biologist designation required
• Familiarity with Alberta wildlife protocols and legislation
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Strong leadership and communication skills
Utilize your expertise to lead impactful wildlife projects while fostering compliance and best practices in environmental stewardship.
