Your responsibilities will encompass leading ecological assessments and managing project deliverables while mentoring staff. This role plays a critical part in fostering sustainable principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Environmental Management Plans

• Conduct field investigations and oversee technical resources

• Support junior staff in data analysis and reporting

• Liaise with clients on ecological project needs

• Develop comprehensive proposals and monitoring programs

Requirements:

• 10+ years of ecology project leadership experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required

• R.P.Biol. and/or P.Biol. certifications mandatory

• Strong report writing and proposal development skills

• Willingness to perform fieldwork and travel required
