AJM Environmental seeks a Wildlife Discipline Lead to enhance its consulting practice. The successful candidate will manage wildlife assessments and mentor staff while contributing to strategic influence and project execution. You will work closely with various sectors, ensuring responsible development while fostering environmental stewardship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project management processes and deliverables
• Provide technical review of wildlife assessments and strategies
• Prepare comprehensive reports and regulatory applications
• Mentor Junior and Intermediate team members effectively
• Engage in field assessments when required
Requirements:
•
B.Sc. in Biology, Ecology, or related field
• 10+ years of relevant environmental consulting experience
• Eligible for Professional Biologist registration
• Strong technical expertise in wildlife-related projects
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
