As part of the Western Terrestrial Services Team, you will spend 80% of your time in the office and 20% in the field. Your primary focus will be on managing vegetation assessments, mentoring team members, and supporting business development through key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide wetland assessments and biophysical studies

• Design complex ecological investigations and field evaluations

• Prepare technical reports and lead proposal efforts

• Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams

• Mentor junior staff while overseeing project execution

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of related consulting experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in ecology or environmental science

• Professional registration as P.Biol. or equivalent

• Strong ability in ecological study design and analysis

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license without restrictions
