In this pivotal role, you will influence fisheries outcomes on Canada’s most pressing environmental projects. As a part of the Fisheries and Aquatics team, you will blend technical leadership with strategic insight. Engage in complex assessments and assist clients in regulatory approvals while advancing ecological sustainability in challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and oversee fish habitat assessment programs
• Implement fisheries offsetting and compensation strategies
• Provide technical oversight for environmental documentation
• Ensure data accuracy and quality in fisheries projects
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across projects
Requirements:
• Registered Professional Biologist or equivalent
• 6+ years of consulting experience in environmental settings
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Canada
• Proven ability to manage project deliverables
• Valid driver’s license for client site access
