Position: Senior Hydrogeologist at ERM
Elevate your hydrogeology career with ERM as a Senior Consultant. Based in Calgary, Vancouver, or Smithers, you'll tackle complex groundwater management challenges across Canada.

In this crucial role, you will enhance ERM’s hydrogeology practice by managing groundwater investigations and monitoring programs for major mining and oil and gas projects. Your expertise will ensure that projects adhere to strict environmental standards, addressing critical water challenges while delivering impactful, high-quality technical work. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will innovate integrated hydrogeologic solutions that align with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage groundwater investigation and monitoring programs

• Supervise field operations ensuring safety and compliance

• Lead data collection and technical analysis for projects

• Prepare reports and proposals for stakeholders

• Communicate project timelines and budgets to teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in hydrogeology or equivalent

• Over 3 years of consulting experience in hydrogeology

• Proficient in groundwater analysis software

• Strong analytical skills in data management

• Ability to undertake long-term fieldwork
