At WSP, you'll play an essential role by leading fisheries and aquatics programs across diverse multidisciplinary projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical direction for fisheries studies and assessments
• Oversee multidisciplinary projects in various sectors
• Develop evaluations for regulatory submissions and permits
• Conduct aquatic resource baseline studies and impact assessments
• Mentor junior scientists and enhance team excellence
Requirements:
• University degree in Biology, Ecology, or Environmental Science
• 15 years of relevant experience in fisheries
• Knowledge of Canadian regulations and project management
• Strong field leadership and aquatic studies expertise
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
