Senior Oil Sands Reclamation Consultant

With 8–12+ years of experience in reclamation and consulting, you will spearhead the development of strategies that support sustainable land use. Your expertise will drive collaborative efforts across disciplines to ensure compliance and effective project delivery while mentoring the next generation of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead reclamation strategy development for oil sands projects
• Integrate diverse inputs for cohesive project plans
• Advise on regulatory requirements and closure readiness
• Mentor junior staff while promoting collaboration
• Identify opportunities to expand reclamation services
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or related
• 8–12+ years in mine closure planning or consulting
• Proven experience with oil sands projects
• Strong skills in client expectation management
• Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel
Shape sustainable mining practices with WSP and contribute to impactful reclamation initiatives.
