As a key member of the team, you’ll handle soil sampling, groundwater monitoring, and operation of field equipment. Supervision of contractors and effective teamwork are crucial to deliver projects on time. Be prepared for a significant amount of out-of-town work, including potential weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute soil sampling during drilling and excavation
• Utilize field monitoring equipment for data collection
• Supervise and coordinate with drillers and contractors
• Maintain thorough field documentation and safety analyses
• Provide mentorship to less experienced staff when needed
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in environmental, chemical, or geological fields
• Prior experience in environmental consulting is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Capability to function independently or as part of a team
• Able to work under challenging weather conditions
