As a Consulting Senior Associate in Wildlife Biology, you'll engage in groundbreaking projects with ERM’s Capital Project Delivery Team. Your responsibilities include conducting wildlife assessments, collaborating with Indigenous communities, and contributing to ecological strategies for mining and energy sectors. You'll leverage your expertise to shape sustainable solutions and influence environmental decisions that benefit future generations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with wildlife field programs in diverse Canadian regions
• Contribute to ecological assessments and mitigation strategies
• Support compliance collaboration with Indigenous communities
• Conduct literature reviews for wildlife management recommendations
• Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues worldwide
Requirements:
•
B.Sc. or relevant diploma in Biological Sciences
• 1+ years of experience in wildlife biology or consulting
• Familiarity with environmental regulations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s license for travel
