AGAT Entry-Level Geotechnical Technician

AGAT Laboratories seeks an Entry-Level Geotechnical Technician for a seasonal position focused on lab testing. Availability for weekends is essential for this role.

As an Entry-Level Geotechnical Technician at AGAT Laboratories, you will assist in conducting soil mechanics tests and record observations for geotechnical projects. This position will continue until March 26th, 2027, and requires a high level of detail and adherence to lab procedures to ensure accurate results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out laboratory tests strictly according to protocols

• Report findings comprehensively to the engineering team

• Assist in maintaining and calibrating testing equipment

Requirements:

• Diploma from a recognized polytechnic educational institution

• 1+ years of relevant testing experience is a plus

• Willingness to work weekends and occasional overtime

• Strong command of English, both spoken and written

• Capable of performing hands-on repetitive tasks in a lab environment
