As a Senior Environmental Technical Advisor at H3M Environmental, you’ll be at the forefront of managing complex remediation and assessment projects. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals experienced in environmental regulations and consulting, focusing on delivering strategic oversight and mentorship without direct people management. Collaborate with regulators and clients to establish sound technical practices and ensure regulatory compliance from project inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee environmental assessment and remediation efforts

• Ensure technical accuracy and compliance across all deliverables

• Develop and submit thorough remediation plans to regulators

• Support long-term client relationships as a technical advisor

• Review junior staff's work for quality assurance and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related discipline

• At least 8 years of progressive consulting experience

• Professional designation eligibility with a recognized body

• Strong judgment in regulatory matters

• Proven leadership and client management skills
