Intermediate Environmental Scientist

As part of AtkinsRéalis's Environmental division, you'll engage in various tasks, including executing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments. Additionally, you'll mentor junior staff while ensuring health and safety standards are upheld. Help project managers maintain schedules and collaborate with specialists for technical integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct groundwater monitoring and soil sampling

• Supervise drilling activities and remedial excavations

• Prepare environmental site assessment reports

• Assist in financial tracking and project coordination

• Communicate assessment results to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant discipline (Engineering, Geology, etc.)

• Minimum 3 years of project execution experience

• Technical skills in environmental assessments

• Class 5 driver’s license with a clean record

• Willingness for year-round fieldwork in Western Canada
