Calgary-Based Environmental Project Manager

As a key player in the Brownfield and Assessment Service Group, you will oversee projects and execute site assessments while mentoring junior staff. Your expertise in managing low to medium complexity environmental projects will ensure quality outcomes and adherence to regulatory standards. This role combines office and fieldwork, offering diverse responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct low to medium complexity projects and sub-consultant activities

• Create conceptual site models based on gathered data

• Mentor junior staff in environmental site assessment techniques

• Engage with contractors in managing environmental assessments

• Oversee risk-based clean-up strategies for complex sites

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in environmental assessments and remediation

• Need for relevant professional qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License required

• Familiarity with environmental legislation and site assessment

• Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities
