Intermediate Geochemist

Position: Intermediate Geochemist at Klohn Crippen Berger

In this role, you will leverage at least four years of geochemical analysis experience to assess environmental impacts and develop remediation strategies. You'll work alongside engineers, environmental scientists, and geologists to prepare reports and train junior staff, all within a hybrid work environment that promotes collaboration and learning in the field of geochemistry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct geochemical analyses of soil, rock, and water samples

• Develop and implement geochemical models for risk assessment

• Collaborate on monitoring programs and remediation strategies

• Prepare reports and regulatory submissions for clients

• Guide junior staff and complete fieldwork as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Earth Science, or Environmental Geoscience

• Minimum four years of experience in geochemical analysis

• Familiarity with geochemical modeling software

• Professional registration (P.Geo., P.Eng.) preferred

• Valid Class 5 driver's license
