Join WSP in Calgary or Edmonton as an Environmental Project Manager focused on remediation and assessment. Collaborate with skilled professionals on projects that transform contaminated sites in the oil and gas industry.
This role is pivotal for WSP’s RPM team, which has been leading environmental projects across Canada for over 15 years. You'll leverage your experience in contaminated site management to ensure compliance and client satisfaction. Prepare robust technical reports and collaborate to achieve the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage contaminated site assessments and remediation projects
• Develop and oversee health and safety plans
• Prepare project proposals and cost estimates
• Ensure accurate financial tracking throughout project life cycles
• Train and mentor junior staff on environmental practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 8 years of experience in contaminated site assessment
• Strong focus on health and safety procedures
• Experienced in financial management and budgeting
• Familiarity with Alberta and Saskatchewan environmental laws
