This position allows you to work under the Environment Manager at Trans Mountain, contributing to various environmental initiatives including reclamation projects and monitoring. You'll gain crucial experience in environmental data management and field program reporting while collaborating with a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate environmental programs with external consultants
• Validate field data and integrate into operational data systems
• Assist in compiling environmental reports and tracking
• Support field consultants in monitoring various environmental components
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments for program support
Requirements:
• Current enrollment in an accredited co-op program in a related field
• Coursework in environmental sciences or related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and GIS software
• Interest in environmental monitoring and reporting
• Effective communicator capable of working in teams
