Environmental Technical Client Specialist

AGAT Laboratories is hiring an Environmental Technical Client Services Specialist in Calgary. This role demands technical skills and client engagement to enhance client relationships and provide exceptional laboratory service.

As a Technical Client Services Specialist, you will bridge client needs with AGAT's operational capabilities in environmental analysis. This role involves understanding analytical requirements, managing client projects, and coordinating with scientific teams. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are crucial for success in managing client expectations and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted contact for Environmental clients

• Build strong relationships through regular communication

• Understand clients' analytical needs and project timelines

• Monitor projects from submission to final delivery

• Communicate status updates and address concerns proactively

Requirements:

• Degree in Science or related field preferred

• 1-2 years of laboratory or customer service experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; LIMS experience is an asset
