Dillon Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Hydrogeologist to enhance their Physical Hydrogeology group. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational and leadership capabilities along with over 10 years in environmental consulting. You will lead junior staff while engaging in challenging hydrogeological assessments and maintaining close client relationships for business growth across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise junior hydro geologists in assessments and projects

• Design and implement environmental investigations

• Foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams

• Manage client relationships and business development

• Participate actively in professional associations

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in earth sciences or related field

• Licensed to practice as Engineer or Geoscientist in Ontario

• 10+ years of experience in consulting

• Knowledge of hydrogeology and environmental regulations

• Experience with groundwater flow modeling tools
