At GHD, we are searching for an Intermediate Environmental Engineer/Scientist to support our established Contaminated Assessments & Remediation team in Calgary. You will engage in field activities including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), groundwater investigations, and remedial options development. As part of our diverse team, your work will directly impact sustainability in water and energy for generations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in project scope development and budgeting
• Prepare technical environmental reports for senior review
• Oversee field investigations for soil and groundwater sampling
• Interact with clients, contractors, and project teams
• Help develop effective remedial work plans
Requirements:
•
B.Sc. in Environmental or related field
• 3+ years in environmental consulting
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Alberta
• Strong knowledge of Alberta Contaminated Sites Regulation
• Proven project and client management skills
