Who You Are:

Alstar Group of Companies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Foreman to coordinate and oversee shop crews involved in the fabrication of oil and gas equipment and components. We are looking for someone who excels in leading large teams in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

The successful candidate will ensure all assigned projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and production schedules, while providing day-to-day leadership to Crew Foremen and trades personnel.

What We're Looking For From You - If This Describes You, We'd Love to Meet!
  • 3+ years of leadership and supervisory experience is required
  • Journeyman Welder with B Pressure ticket
  • Ability to recognize, reward, and acknowledge strong crew performance
  • Strong communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of pipe schedules, fittings, and fabrication flow
  • Safety-driven mindset with strict adherence to all required safety procedures
  • Possess excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly, and collaborating effectively with various teams
  • Pipe welding experience in high-volume shops, skilled with wire and flux core, and familiar with welding procedures
  • Pipe fitting and tacking experience, including layout and fit-up
  • Passionate about teaching and growing the team, boosting skills and performance
  • Hands-on with shop computers and robotic welding system
