We value your time and believe in a good work and life balance. All of our technicians will work four, ten‑hour days with some seasonal overtime, so you can finish your work week in just four days. All of our vans are staffed with two‑person teams to reduce stress and make the job more fun. We provide all tools and uniforms, and you receive two weeks of paid time off after your first year of employment.

• Drive to customers to provide on‑site auto glass repair and replacement services
• Properly prep and prime all installation areas
• Remove all parts required for the installation of auto glass including moldings, wipers, screws, and clips
• Apply urethane directly onto the glass, ensuring a weather‑proof seal on the customer’s vehicle
• Correct underlying rust or bonding issues to ensure a safe installation
• Recalibrate ADAS cameras
• Maintain a clean, organized and stocked van

• Some mechanical experience preferred
• Ambitious and strong work ethic
