** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform welding and fabrication on plant equipment and structures.
* Inspect and maintain welding tools and machinery to ensure safety and functionality.
* Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to support plant reliability.
* Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated proficiency in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick.
* Ability to interpret technical documents and apply welding specifications accurately.
* Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
** Conditions of Employment
