Foremost has an immediate opening for a full-time Field Service Technician / Heacy Duty Mechanic based out of our facility in Calgary, Alberta. The successful candidate will be required to travel on an as-needed basis to various locations around the world to service Foremost equipment.

• Startup of new Foremost equipment at customer's location.
• Inspection, diagnosis and repair of equipment at customer's location.
• Adjust equipment & repairing/replacing defective parts, components, or systems according to the scope of work.
• Communicate with customers to define the scope of repairs.
• Develop and maintaining cooperative, customer service-focused relationship with internal and external customers.
• Complete accurate time records, technical reports, failure reports, and parts lists.
• Travel both domestic and international could be up to 50%
• Other duties as required.

• Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician or / Heavy Duty Equipment Technician License preferred
• Experience with Hydraulic, Electrical, and Mechanical Systems.
• Working knowledge of drilling equipment and transportation vehicles an asset.
• Self-motivated, fast learner and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in our manufacturing facility/ shop as well as in the field
• Ability to work on call and overtime when required.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid Passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions (at times with little or no prior notice).
• Safety Training an asset but will train as required.
• Must have a complete line of tools
