In this role, you will manage service requests throughout your territory, ensuring fire alarm and sprinkler systems meet CFAA standards. A background in electrical or low voltage work is advantageous. You will be responsible for testing, adjusting, and repairing systems, as well as coordinating with local fire departments and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and conduct inspections on fire alarm systems
• Run tests on fire sprinkler systems to ensure reliability
• Coordinate with local fire departments during inspections
• Repair systems as necessary or escalate to Service Department
• Document all service calls accurately for record-keeping
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of post-high school education preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders
