Join Total Group as a Fire Alarm Technician focused on inspections, troubleshooting, and system upgrades. This role supports clients across various commercial and industrial sectors.
As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will work closely with a Senior Technician to deliver expert fire safety services. Daily responsibilities include inspecting and servicing fire alarm systems, performing necessary upgrades, and preparing detailed compliance reports. You will engage professionally with clients and participate in an on-call rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect, service, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems
• Perform upgrades and repairs post-inspection
• Identify fire code compliance solutions
• Prepare detailed inspection and deficiency reports
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a related role
• Valid driver’s license with 3 years driving experience
• CFAA Certification or Journeyman Electrician status
• Understanding of CAN/ULC fire standards
• Willing to work after hours and on weekends
