As a full-time, permanent technician, you will diagnose pest issues, apply treatments, and educate customers about preventing future infestations. You’ll conduct home inspections, complete detailed service reports, and develop strong relationships with clients as a trusted expert in pest control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect properties for pest identification and entry points

• Diagnose pest issues effectively and treat as needed

• Complete service reports for all work performed

• Provide excellent customer service and engage with clients

• Educate homeowners on effective pest prevention strategies

Requirements:

• Capable of lifting/carrying equipment up to 30 lbs

• Must hold a valid Class 5 driver's license

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn

• Must be 21 years old or older to operate company vehicles
