As a Construction Crew Leader, you will work as part of a crew building landscape projects from start to finish. This role supports hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and general construction tasks and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, learning new skills, and working as part of a tight‑knit team.

• Assist with landscape construction projects
• Install hardscape features (patios, retaining walls, steps, edging)
• Install softscapes (soil prep, grading, planting, sod)
• Help with irrigation installation and basic repairs
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Attention to details a must
• Contribute positively to team morale and job quality

• Experience in construction, landscaping, or trades is a must
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn insert – with attention to details
• Physically capable of demanding outdoor work
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
  
  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
