As part of the team, you will perform essential rigging activities and report to the Lead Rigger or Rigging Coordinator. Key responsibilities include organizing rigging tools, providing ground support, and establishing secure hang-points.
Your role ensures safety throughout events and adherence to all Encore guidelines and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather tools and equipment for rigging activities
• Confirm carpet protection as per local guidelines
• Provide ground rigging support during setups
• Establish connections to hang-points and inspect all equipment
• Monitor safety of rigging operations and equipment
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 500+ hours onsite rigging experience
• Qualified-Basic Rigging certification
• Lift Certification with operational experience
• Familiarity with ground rigging and heights
