Alstar Group is expanding its Fabrication department and requires skilled B-Pressure Welders. The ideal candidate is a certified Journeyman with strong skills in structural and pressure welding, eager to uphold top safety standards. Flexible weekday and weekend shifts are available to accommodate various schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute B-pressure welding tasks on multiple projects
• Uphold quality standards in structural welding
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Participate in mandatory safety orientations
• Engage in pipe welding and fitting tasks using wire and flux
Requirements:
• Valid Journeyman Certification required
• Must hold Alberta B-Pressure certificate
• Familiarity with CSTS-20/CSO, WHMIS 2015, and Fall Protection
• Relevant experience in oil and gas sectors is necessary
• Background in GMAW and FCAW preferable
