Position: Experienced Lead Hand for Metal Cladding
Take charge of commercial cladding projects as a Lead Hand. We're seeking a hands-on professional to oversee site operations and ensure quality without micromanagement.

In this full-time role, you will manage a crew during exterior envelope projects, including metal, ACM, and fibre cement systems. You will be responsible for laying out installation details, coordinating with other trades, and maintaining safety standards throughout each project. This position emphasizes direct involvement and problem-solving on-site, rather than an office-based foreman role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize daily tasks and crew deployments

• Review installation layouts and details

• Ensure all materials are ready before starting work

• Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades

• Assist installers and resolve issues on site

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with metal cladding systems

• Familiarity with commercial exterior envelope construction

• Ability to read drawings and elevations

• Confidence in leading a small crew

• Strong awareness of safety and sequencing
