Fiber Optic Skilled Laborer Position

Become a vital participant in fiber optic installations as a Skilled Laborer.

Your role will enhance safety, equipment operation, and maintenance tasks on job sites across varied locations.

In this position, you will utilize your construction experience to directly contribute to the installation and maintenance of fiber optic systems. Responsibilities include reading construction plans, operating equipment, and loading/unloading essential supplies. You'll facilitate worksite setups and adhere to critical health and safety policies to maintain efficiency in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction plans accurately

• Operate construction equipment when authorized

• Assist in loading/unloading cables and equipment

• Maintain and clean assigned company vehicles

• Set up worksite, including flagging and manhole checks

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of construction experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid Class 1, 3, or 5 Driver's License

• Ability to work in confined spaces

• Willingness to travel for site-based projects
