This role offers the opportunity to travel and apply your mechanical and electrical skills in a dynamic environment.
You will play a key role in troubleshooting and repairing motors while providing top-tier service to clients. Your leadership will guide other technicians in the field, ensuring best practices in maintenance and customer interactions. This position requires a hands-on problem solver with a commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage large motor service tasks and technician teams
• Lead job scoping and proposal development
• Execute electrical tests using various tools
• Conduct inspections and perform various mechanical evaluations
• Maintain records and prepare insightful technical reports
Requirements:
• 10+ years of motor experience, including synchronous motors
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving history
• Effective communication skills with customers
