Position: Agriculture Shop Foreman Role

Join our John Deere team in Claresholm as a Shop Foreman, utilizing your agricultural expertise to supervise and optimize our service department operations. Drive quality and productivity to new heights.

In this role, you'll manage the Service Department's activities, ensuring all operations meet quality standards. Responsibilities include assigning work orders, reviewing repair orders, and acting as the Service Manager in their absence. You will also coordinate technician training and oversee compliance with safety procedures in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct service technicians and manage job assignments

• Assist in diagnosing equipment issues for repairs

• Coordinate and facilitate quarterly safety meetings

• Review and inspect repair orders for thoroughness

• Address customer complaints and feedback effectively

Requirements:

• 3+ years of service experience as a technician

• Journeyman certification is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills

• Forklift license beneficial
