As a Building Operator at CBRE, your role includes monitoring and repairing building systems like plumbing, HVAC, and electrical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs on mechanical and structural systems

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or trade school diploma

• 4-5 years of job-related experience

• 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate required

• Universal CFC certification preferred

• Ability to lift heavy loads of 50 lbs or more
