Position: Fort Hills Journeyperson Welder Opportunity
North American Construction Group seeks a skilled Journeyperson Welder for the Fort Hills project. This fly-in/fly-out role features a 14/14 rotation and competitive wages up to $63.06/hour.

As a temporary resident near Fort McMurray, you will work with heavy equipment and hold a Red Seal or Alberta Journeyperson Welding certification. Enjoy accommodations in camp and covered flights from either Edmonton or Calgary. Your experience will be valued, with room for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weld on various heavy machinery such as excavators and dozers

• Operate multiple welding techniques including radiograph and overhead cranes

• Follow stringent safety guidelines on site

• Prepare and maintain welding equipment for operations

• Complete all required pre-employment assessments

Requirements:

• Valid Red Seal or Alberta Journeyperson Welding certification

• Equipped welding truck for the job

• Experience in heavy equipment repair

• Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record

• Successful completion of required testing and checks
