Construction Plumber

Position: New Construction Plumber Wanted
Knight is looking for a qualified New Construction Plumber to enhance our team. This role focuses on residential plumbing installations and requires excellent rough-in and finishing skills.

As a Residential New Construction Plumber, you will work independently on-site, ensuring that all plumbing work meets the Alberta Plumbing Code. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with site supervisors and builders, helping to keep projects on track. You will also troubleshoot plumbing issues and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct rough‑in plumbing on new builds

• Install water distribution and vent systems

• Set up fixtures, tubs, and shower valves

• Read and interpret blueprints accurately

• Ensure compliance with Alberta building codes

Requirements:

• Journeyman Plumber or 3rd/4th year Registered Apprentice

• Experience in residential plumbing

• Solid understanding of Alberta Plumbing Code

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport

• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift 50+ lbs
