Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and manage maintenance work orders daily

• Perform facility inspections and document findings

• Respond to tenant service requests promptly

• Oversee maintenance contractors and projects

• Conduct emergency repairs and troubleshooting
Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of maintenance or trade experience

• High school diploma or GED required

• Preference for journeyman certification in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and basic tools

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
