Sandvik Mining is seeking Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanics to join their field service team in Western Canada. These professionals will work on advanced mining equipment, supporting operations with a focus on reliability, safety, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate is a certified Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for ongoing development in the mining industry.

• 2-week fly-in / fly-out rotation with paid travel time

• Diploma in a Mechanical Field and Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic Journeyman certification
• At least 3 years related experience with mining equipment is considered an asset
• Excellent proficiency in reading schematics
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with mining equipment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to local mine sites and across Western Canada as required
• Ability and willingness to work varied shifts as required
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

• Previous experience with Sandvik equipment
• At least 3 years related experience with mining equipment
