Position: Hands-On Maintenance Technician Role
Seeking a Maintenance Technician skilled in various trades such as plumbing and mechanical systems. This position emphasizes the importance of quality repairs and tenant communication in residential properties.

In this role, you will effectively work under the Site Manager's guidance, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. Your responsibilities will include preventative maintenance and addressing repairs promptly. You will ensure properties are safe and visually appealing for tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostics and troubleshoot maintenance issues

• Execute thorough preventative maintenance schedules

• Perform regular inspections of units and properties

• Engage in carpentry, drywall repair, and painting tasks

• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities

Requirements:

• Prior experience in maintenance and repairs

• Grade 12 diploma required; certifications are a plus

• Ability to prioritize and work unsupervised

• Strong commitment to safety and quality practices

• Valid driver’s license needed
