In this full-time position at GFL, you will diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on modern engines and equipment. Key tasks include record keeping, safety inspections, and training apprentice technicians. Your expertise is vital to maintaining our commitment to sustainable community practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair advanced diesel and CNG engines
• Execute PM tasks and safety checks on vehicles
• Maintain clear repair records and schedule procedures
• Deliver training to apprentice technicians
• Ensure compliance and safety of tools and workspace
Requirements:
• Valid Journeyman designation or equivalent experience
• Valid Driver’s License and own tools necessary
• Knowledgeable about transportation regulations
• Experience with diagnostic software preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
