Maintenance Technician

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing general building maintenance: millwork, minor plumbing, door/window fixes, interior painting, drywall repairs.
• Executing rough and finished carpentry, trim installation.
• Operating standard power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Responding promptly to service requests and building emergencies.
• Supporting operational teams with inspections, troubleshooting, and repair.

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a hands‑on maintenance, repair, or construction role.
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Basic carpentry skills (millwork, trim, drywall, painting).
• Strong judgment, time management, and communication skills.
• Physically able to lift 25+ kg and work in various positions (kneeling, crouching, standing).
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail and professionalism.

• Carpentry/construction trade experience.
• Flooring experience.
• Experience working in commercial property environments.
