We are seeking motivated individuals to support our roofing crew with various installation, maintenance, and repair tasks. While prior construction experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. This position offers a unique chance to learn valuable skills in the roofing industry while working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installing and repairing roofs with the team

• Organize and manage hand tools and materials on-site

• Support the heavy lifting of roofing materials such as shingles

• Set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment

Requirements:

• Experience with hand tools or general construction preferred

• Must have transportation to job sites

• Ability to lift heavy materials regularly

• Basic knowledge of reading blueprints is a plus

• Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
