Exterior Service Technician

Position: Home Exterior Service Technician Role
Become a key player at Shield Exteriors as a Home Exterior Service Technician responsible for various repair tasks and customer service. Strong carpentry skills and a Class 5 Licence are essential.

In this full-time position, you will perform service on residential exteriors, including roofing and vinyl siding, while ensuring quality and organization on job sites. Your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively will be crucial. Experience in the industry of at least three years is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute timely service requests for various home exteriors

• Address deficiencies and assist production manager’s needs

• Maintain cleanliness and safety on each job site

• Complete repairs while ensuring high customer satisfaction

• Handle physically demanding tasks required in repair work

Requirements:

• 3+ years of roofing/exteriors experience required

• Proficient carpentry skills essential

• Clean Class 5 driver’s license with good history

• Knowledge of installation techniques beneficial

• Capacity to work outdoors in various conditions
