This position requires a valid Journeyman Certificate and at least 3 years of experience in HVAC. You will be pivotal in maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC systems in Boardwalk's rental properties. Your expertise will help enhance the living experience for our residents by ensuring all systems operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper operation of heating systems
• Service and repair HVAC and refrigeration units
• Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance activities
• Complete necessary paperwork for all tasks
• Demonstrate excellent time-management and customer service
Requirements:
• Journeyman Certificate as an HVAC Technician
• 3-5 years of experience in the field
• Ability to work on equipment over 5 tons
• Strong communication skills in English
• Valid driver's license required
