Position: IPG Field Service Technician Role
Join IPG as a Field Service Technician, specializing in on-site maintenance and repairs of Better Packages equipment. Drive exceptional service and maintain equipment uptime directly at customer locations.

This position within the Field Service department entails diagnosing and repairing both mechanical and electrical issues while delivering top-notch technical support. You will engage in preventive maintenance, assist with equipment training, and keep customer communication clear and concise. Your independent work approach is critical for successful operations in various customer environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct installations and repairs on-site

• Schedule and execute Preventive Maintenance tasks

• Diagnose equipment faults using technical resources

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Support customers during escalated service situations

Requirements:

• High School diploma; technical field degree is an asset

• Familiarity with electrical systems and packaging automation

• Capability to interpret technical manuals and diagrams

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills

• Willingness to travel, with a valid driver’s license
