• Assist in preparing apartments through repairs and cleaning

• Handle daily resident service requests effectively

• Conduct electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs

• Maintain cleanliness of property grounds and amenities

• Document safety issues and assist with vendor engagements

Requirements:

• Required mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting

• Ability to lift 80 pounds and climb multiple flights

• Effective communication skills in English

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications preferred

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transport
