Field Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all service requests in assigned territory

• Perform field repairs and glass replacements

• Conduct inspections and evaluations in the field

• Document work performed after each service call

• Review daily schedules with the Service Scheduler

Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of service technician experience

• Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean record

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions

• Proficient with ladders and scaffolding

• Previous experience in window and door manufacturing preferred
