Position: Outdoor Racing Labourer Role
Century Downs Racetrack and Casino is hiring a Racing Labourer III to work outdoors in Calgary, AB. Experience a dynamic role combining equipment operation, maintenance, and teamwork.

As a Racing Labourer III at Century Downs, you will play a key role in maintaining our racetrack and surrounding areas. Ideal candidates will operate heavy equipment, respond to emergencies, and perform maintenance can effectively handle a wide array of tasks. Your contributions directly enhance the guest experience, creating unforgettable racing events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold cleanliness and organization of stables

• Efficiently operate graders, forklifts, and tractors

• Assist with track maintenance and site preparation

• Coordinate responses to emergencies or breakdowns

• Perform carpentry, plumbing, and other maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of experience with heavy equipment

• Familiarity with racing or equestrian environments

• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills

• Physical capability to handle outdoor labor
